Overview Culture Shock is a group dedicated to bringing all cultures together. We will play games, and sports, learn Spanish or English, and get homework help.

Overview Students are selected by audition to be part of the school play each year. We learn acting skills, memorize our parts, wear fun costumes and perform the play for the public in March. There are a few Saturday rehearsals just prior to the performances. There will be large and small roles for actors, plus lighting, sound and stage crew positions available. The title of the play each year will be announced in late November or December.
Meets After school daily from December until Spring Break. A few meetings after school in October and November, plus auditions at the end of November.

Overview FBLA (Future Business Leader of America) inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences. FBLA's mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Through region and state-based competitions at the Leadership Conferences, students can compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills.
West Grand's FBLA chapter (#6864) received a Golden Chapter banner for the 2022-2023 school year.
Meets Officers meet during lunch on the last Tuesday of each month. Chapter meetings are during lunch on the last Thursday of each month.

Overview FFA is an intracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership. The letters “FFA” stand for Future Farmers of America. But FFA is not just for students who want to be production farmers; FFA also welcomes members who aspire to careers as teachers, doctors, scientists, business owners and more. Overview The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

Overview Student Council is a group where students from each class are elected as leaders to put on events and participate in activities that spread Mustang Pride. In Student Council, we are in charge of Homecoming, Secret Santa, spirit weeks that include winterfest and springfest, as well as electing the following year's co-leaders.
Meets We meet as a group once a week before homecoming and every other week after homecoming to plan other events.

Overview Youth Council strengthens the capacity of schools to promote social, emotional, and mental wellbeing for middle and high school students. It also provides career-connected learning to offer students tangible, relevant experiences that promote hope, helping them to build a positive vision for their future.
