I graduated from Concordia University in Seward, NE where I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Education with an English degree and coaching endorsement. I earned my Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado.

With my background as an English teacher, I have a passion for literature and the possibilities that literature and language can open up for each of us as members of society. It is my goal to foster an appreciation and love for learning and to give the students the tools necessary to communicate effectively in today's world. As an administrator it is my joy to work alongside teachers to engage students with life

Athletics are a big part of my life. I played college basketball and my husband played college football. I have coached various sports at multiple levels. Sharing knowledge of the game and practicing fundamentals of the sport is something I thoroughly enjoy. I believe that sports, or any extra-curricular activities, allow for a unique learning experience that teaches life lessons outside of the classroom.

My husband, Jake, and I have lived and worked in the community since 2011. We have four wonderful boys: Braxton, Gage, Logan, and Liam. We are thankful for this community and are appreciative for the opportunity to raise our family here. We enjoy all things the great outdoors of Colorado offers: hiking, biking, camping, and the spectacular scenery.
